ON-SITE: On-site registration will be available from 8:00 am to 9:00 am each day. If you do not receive confirmation of your registration, please bring a copy of your registration form and proof of payment. Any requests for transfer of registration on-site will be granted for a fee of $20.* *Differences in member/non-member rates will apply to registrations transferred from members to non-members. Difference in non-member rates will not be reimbursed for transfers made from a non-member to a member.
Registration Rules & Regulations • The early registration deadline is April 12, 2010. • Registrations must be fax marked or postmarked on or before April 12, 2010. • No PO’s accepted. • Registrations received without payment will NOT be processed. • One attendee registration per form. • All cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds will be given to all requests received by April 12, 2010, less a $50 processing fee. No refunds will be given after April 12, 2010, or for no-shows. • Space is limited.
